To designate Zonta Club of Salt Lake Area on your Smith's card, please follow the insturctions below:

Sign in to your account
Under "My Account" select "Inspiring Donations"
- My Account can be found either on the left side of the page or from the drop down under "Valued Customer".
In the search box enter Zonta. Our club will be displayed - select Enroll to select our club.
